How well do Almay products work?

I've seen the commercials for Almay smart shade makeup, but I want to know how well it works before purchasing. I get mild breakouts, but my skin's been acting up a little more lately. If not Almay, which company has the best foundation line?How well do Almay products work?
I love almay foundation it's the only one I can use. I buy the clear complexion one online it helps keep blemishes at bay and gives me the perfect coverage without looking like i've painted on loads of make up. I get mine at saveonmakeup.co.uk but if you are in the US you can buy it in Duane reeds or any pharmacy/drugstore I'd say. It's impossible to get in Ireland anymore, Boots the chemist used to stock it but not anymore, I don't now why.How well do Almay products work?
I usually like Almay products. But I hated the smart shade foundation (the older version). IT made my skin look orange, and by the end of the day, random spots on my face were orange while other were my skin color. -_- I threw it out straight away. I also hated the mascara I bought from almay (the one for hazel eyes.. it was on sale) It made my lashes clump and flake a bit.


The only foundation I wear is Bare Minerals Mineral Foundation. But if I do get foundation I wanted to try the other Almay foundations. I've heard good things about these ones:

I have almay when I went to meet someone for the first time. I had a lot of acne scattered here and there. I used liquid foundation first and tehn the powdered compact. My skin looked amazing. It helped hide a lot of my blemishes and kept them hidden for the whole day. But it depends upon how oily your skin is. Mine is slightly inbetween. I suggest washing your face first. then putting on your makeup.
