How the heck does Almay smart shade work?

okay i have two questions.


Q.1: Does Almay smart shade work well?





Q.2: How the heck does it work? I thought it just comes in one shade then it transforms into your shade but then i went to buy some and it came in shades like ligh/medium and i have no clue what to do.How the heck does Almay smart shade work?
I have Revlon Beyond Natural makeup, which is made by the same company that makes Almay Smart Shade and does the same thing. So I thought I'd try to help. :)





1.) Yes, it definitely does work well. It feels very light, almost like a tinted moisturizer, and gives pretty good coverage. If I want more coverage than what I have from wearing it by itself, I just put a little powder over it.





2.) The product is white with dark spots in it. Those dark spots blend into your skin and match whatever your skin tone is exactly. I'm not completely sure what the difference is in the shades that they sell, but there's only two or three, so it's easy to choose. I'm African American, so in the Revlon version, I simply chose the shade called ';Deep,'; and it worked perfectly.How the heck does Almay smart shade work?
I've never used it but I'm guessing it's sheer coverage that's why it 'works'.
