Allergic to almay mascara! what ingredient is it?

so ive always used the green and pink mascara but (stupidly) i decided to try something new.


i got the almay thickening mascara for blue eyes and after about an hour of wearing it, my eye lids swelled and started to itch and burn like crazy. of course, i was out and about with no where to take this toxic stuff off, but by the time i got home, my eyes were soooo swollen.


obviously, im allergic to something in it. anyone had this problem? or know what ingredient it is that irritates eyes??
